You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. You probably understand feminine energy better than most women ever will.

And still, somewhere inside, it sounds like this:

How do I be feminine
while being receptive
while sharing my heart
without being too much
and not telling a man what to do
but I still want what I want
and I'm afraid
and I'm supposed to soften
but I'm so busy and so tired, and it always feels like I'm doing it wrong…

That tangle is what trying sounds like. You grew up in a world that rewarded you for what you did and how well you did it. Nobody told you that you can't do your way to being.

Every bit of effort to become more feminine takes you deeper into the very effort you're trying to set down. More information won't help. You already have plenty.

Communion asks very little of your mind. It asks for your body, fifteen minutes a day, and six months of letting yourself be met.

What Communion is

Small, slow and deep

Ten women

A closed group that stays together for all six months, with a private chat between calls. You get to know one another, and you get seen.

Three calls a month

Wednesday evenings at 6PM Central. One to learn, one to be coached, and one to share what the month stirred up.

Fifteen minutes a day

One practice each month, done privately, ten to fifteen minutes on your own, every day. This is where the change happens.

The six months

One practice at a time

Each month brings one practice. Each builds on the last, and none of them ends when the month does.

Months one to three

The Feminine Framework

Be. Receive. Feel.

Months four to six

Living the Framework

Listen. Want. Speak.

Months one to three

The Feminine Framework

Be. Receive. Feel.

The first three months of Communion rest on one simple framework. Each month adds a layer, and by month four you're living all three at once. That's the ground the deeper work stands on.

Month one

Be

Most women live hurried, holding everything together with a quiet certainty that if she stops, everything falls apart.

So the first practice is to stop: ten to fifteen minutes a day of sitting still and doing nothing. What comes up when you slow down is the work. Dawn has said it many times: the most important thing in everything she's grown into has been learning to slow down.

What happens if I slow down?

Month two

Receive

You are always receiving. Most of the time you're too busy doing, managing and controlling to notice, and when you fill every space, there's no room left for anything to come to you.

So this month you step back and let others step forward, in small ways first and then in the ones that scare you. It stirs things up on purpose. When you open to receive, feelings come.

What happens if I let others step up?

Month three

Feel

Most women have only known their emotional life as a roller coaster, at the mercy of everything around them. Feeling from your feminine is far simpler. It's sensation: tightness, tears, a tingle of joy, pleasure.

The way back runs through the feelings you never let yourself feel. This month you meet them with the acceptance and permission no one may ever have given you.

What didn't I let myself feel?

Months four to six

Living the Framework

Listen. Want. Speak.

The first three months open you up. The next three let what's inside come back out. Each month also goes back to the place where you learned to stop: to stop trusting your body, to stop wanting, to stop saying what's true.

Month four

Listen

Your body has been talking to you your whole life. Excitement is how it says yes, and many women learned to read it as danger and look outside themselves for what to do.

This month you learn to trust it again, starting small. It's also where pleasure becomes an explicit practice, in private and at your own pace.

Where did I learn to override my body?

Month five

Want

Most women don't let themselves want big, because they can't see how they'd ever get it. So the wanting gets trimmed down to something reasonable before it's even felt.

This month you open the valve. Nothing you want has to be possible, rational or earned. Your wanting is the direction your life has been trying to move all along.

Where did I learn that wanting was dangerous?

Month six

Speak

Feminine integrity means living in honor of how you feel, moment to moment. Sometimes that means saying the thing that ruins the moment, and finding out nothing was ruined.

You start with the truth you tell yourself, then the truth you tell the people in your life. When a woman starts telling the truth, her relationships feel it, and we talk about that openly on the calls.

What's true that I haven't said?

On the final call we come back to where we began: sitting still, doing nothing. It's the same practice as month one, with a different woman sitting there.

Inside each month

How Communion works

The three calls each month

Wednesday evenings at 6PM Central. Each call has its own job.

Call one: teaching

I teach the practice you'll live with for the month and what lives underneath it, so you know what you're stepping into.

Call two: coaching

I coach women live, in front of the group, on whatever the practice is stirring up. Some weeks you're the one in the chair. Other weeks you watch another woman get met, and that does its own work on you.

Call three: sharing

You bring what the month stirred up: questions, reflections, what you noticed in your body and your life. You get seen and heard by women walking the same path.

Between the calls

What you do on your own, what you get from me, and who you share it with.

Your daily practice

Ten to fifteen minutes a day, on your own, with one practice per month. The calls support it. The practice is where you change.

Prompts and meditations

Each month I give you journal prompts, written as sentence starters you finish with the first words that come, plus guided meditations to support the practice.

The group chat

A private chat for the ten of you, open for all six months. Bring questions to each other, share what's moving, and stay connected between calls.

Andrew and Dawn
Who leads Communion?

Andrew and Dawn

I'm Andrew. For more than fifteen years I've walked alongside my wife, Dawn, as she came home to her body, her feelings and her desire. Everything in Communion was learned there first, in our own life, long before it was ever a framework.

This is the fourth year of Communion, and each year it has gotten smaller and deeper. This year it's ten women, and like our first year, Dawn will be joining me for many of the calls.

In Dawn's words:

It has been Andrew's deep intuition and consciousness that has led me into this for myself. I believe the feminine needs the consciousness and reflection of the masculine to come home to ourselves. So in Communion, I share Andrew with you, so he can show you what he has shown me, and help you find your way back home to yourself.

Dawn
From women who've been through Communion

In their words

“There's no real words for how impactful and powerful my experience was in Communion. These six months have opened my eyes and set me on a path to loving myself, opening myself to love, speaking up and sharing my truth, and experiencing so much more pleasure in my life.”

Communion participant

“Andrew, I've never met someone who understands women and the feminine like you do. It's like you can see clear down to the bottom of my soul, in a way that has allowed me to accept myself for the very first time in my life.”

Communion participant

“What made the biggest difference for me was realizing that I was trying way too hard. Learning to slow down and look inside myself, rather than trying to figure out who had the right answer, has been life changing.”

Communion participant

“By the time Communion wrapped up, not only was I so much more at peace with myself, I had connected to a man who has shown me the deepest and most loving relationship I've ever experienced.”

Communion is for you if…

  • You hold a lot, you hold it well, and you're tired in a way rest hasn't touched.
  • You understand all of this in your head, and your body hasn't caught up.
  • You want to feel more: more pleasure, more desire, more of yourself.
  • You're ready to be seen by a small group of women, and by a man who can hold steady while you soften.
  • You can give yourself fifteen minutes a day and three evenings a month, for six months.

It may not be for you ifโ€ฆ

  • You're looking for more information. Communion is almost entirely practice.
  • You want someone to fix you. You're not broken, and nobody here will treat you as if you were.
  • You're in crisis and need clinical support right now.
  • This season of your life has no room for a daily practice.ย
